The 8-inch scale Cyclops figure from Toybiz comes in an 8" x 10" x approximately 2.5" deep box. The front panel of Cyclops's box opens like a book and is attached on the underside with a velcro latch.

Toybiz has designed the X-Man's box so that a circle is die-cut into the front panel revealing Cyclops's face. When you lift that front panel, you reveal the entire Toybiz Cyclops figure behind a clear plastic window.

Back Story of the Famous Cover Series Cyclops Figure

Born with the mutant ability to fire powerful optic blast from his eyes, Cyclops is cursed to forever wear a protective Ruby quarts visor to control his uncanny ability. As one of the founding members of the X-Men, Scott Summers help build the team and eventually became a team leader.

Presented here as he appeared in the record selling X-Men #1, Cyclops sports a modern version of his classic blue and gold costume. In the story entitled "Rubicon", Cyclops is faced with challenges of bringing together a brand new X-Men team.

Answering the threat of a seemingly reborn and villainous Magneto, the X-Men break into two separate strike forces, a blue and gold team: Cyclops becomes the acting leader of the blue team and takes his X-Men to face Magneto. Finding Magneto in the process of stealing nuclear missiles from a downed Russian submarine, Cyclops leads his X-Men into battle. Though Magneto's power at first proves overwhelming, Cyclops regroups his beleagured team of X-Men. The battle may be over – but the war against Magneto has just begun.
