Who's the Better Green Arrow?
Justin Hartley played Green Arrow for several years on the long-running CW series Smallville. The character became an integral part of the storyline and, when Smallville began it's last season, there was talk of Hartley getting his own series.Obviously that never happened.
Two years after Smallville went off the air, the CW introduced Arrow starring Stephen Amell as Green Arrow. Arrow is now about midway through it's second season. Clearly they did a bit of a re-write after the first season ended. One can only assume the tweaks they've made to the storyline, characters, and costume are an attempt to increase ratings.
