Toybiz and Marvel Comics present this Special Edition Series 12" dressed Venom.
Venom is clad in a black one-piece removable bodysuit. The white spider is added as a permanent decal. The hands and feet are enclosed in the bodysuit as if by gloves and boots. A velcro strap is used down the spine of the outfit.
Venom's head can rotate 180º and he has a total of nine points of articulation – typical of what we see in a traditional Barbie doll.
Each shoulder is a ball-joint which offers complete freedom of movement. Venom also has a click-type joint at each elbow (typical of Barbie dolls). Despite this enhancement, his elbows don't offers much in the way of movement. Venom's hips also have a ball-joint giving them a wide range of motion. Each knee also has a click-type joint, but they work only as well as the elbows.
Originally brought to Earth as the seemingly harmless black costume of the amazing Spider-Man, the uniform turned out to be a symbiotic alien with its own instincts and desires. After being rejected by Spider-Man, the symbiote merged with Eddie Brock, a man with his own vendetta against the wall-crawler. Seeking to destroy Spider-Man for what they consider his "crimes" against mankind, the two became Venom! Now, the sinister symbiote uses his amazing spider-powers and abilities to make life miserable for Spider-Man. And since Venom has all the powers of Spider-Man and then some, he's more than a challenge for the heroic wall-crawler!
