8-Inch Retro Action Two-Face Figure from Mattel

Ripped from the pages of Batman comic books comes this Mego-style Two-Face figure. The 8-inch retro action Two-Face is presented by DC Comics and Mattel. Two-Face was released as part of Wave 2 of the DC Retro-Action series. The series basically put a well-known DC Comic's hero against one of their most villanous enemies, trying to keep the hero to villain ratio as close to 1:1 as possible. In this case, Two-Face was pitted against Batman.

Two-Face is a great rendition of this popular Batman villain. Unlike Mego who simply printed the deatils of dress suits onto a one-piece bodysuit for characters like The Joker and Penguin, Mattel went the extra mile and gave Two-Face a full-blown two-tone suit with separate pants, shirt, and jacket. The shirt even has a separate tie attached to the collar. The jacket has faux buttons stitched onto the front giving the appearance of being functional.

Two-Face had never been done in the Mego style prior to Mattel's Retro-Action line. The only thing missing is a scarred coin for Two-Face to use to make his decisions to do good or do evil.
