The DC Direct 13-inch Superman figure comes in a glossy oversized box (approximately 10" wide x 15" high x 3.5" deep). DC Direct has utilized a velcro patch on the underside of the front panel of Superman's box which opens like a book. When you open the front panel of this 13-inch figure's box, it reveals the Superman figure through a clear plastic panel.
The entire Superman box is covered on all sides with full color artwork and DC Comics logos.

As the conflict grows between well-known superheroes and amoral vigilantes, an apocalyptic war of superhuman proportions lose on the horizon.
Horrified by the public embrace of a cold blooded killer, Kal-El retreats to the Fortress of Solitude, abandoning his place in the world's eye as an inspiration and role model.

Dressed in the trademark Kingdom Come S-shield-style costume, this version of Superman closely resembles Alex Ross' art from the legendary miniseries Kingdom Come and the epic Thy Kingdom Come in physique, expression and dress.
