13-Inch Deluxe Batman Collector Action Figure from DC Direct

DC Direct and DC Comics present this fully articulated 13-inch Batman action figure. This highly detailed sixth-scale Batman was released as part of the DC Direct line of sixth-scale figures with authentic fabric uniforms.

DC Direct Sixth-Scale Batman Head Sculpt

The head sculpt of this 13-inch Batman figure is very similar to the DC Direct sixth-scale Classic Batman figure. At a glance, it looks like simple re-paint when, in fact, it has actually been modified. The ears of this Batman are slightly shorter and the edge of the cowl along the face is significantly different.

The cowl is painted with a matte black and the eyes are an iridescent silver. Batman's face is painted a light flesh color with a darker accent for his lips.

Thirteen-Inch Batman Uniform

Batman comes clad in his toned down gray and black uniform. The DC Direct 13-inch Batman wears a one-piece gray bodysuit made from flat, matte finish material. Batman's bodysuit has a miniature zipper along the spine. Over the gray bodysuit Batman wears a pair of removable black shorts.

Across the chest of the gray bodysuit and stretching from shoulder-to-shoulder is Batman's iconic large black bat emblem.

Black faux leather gauntlets are in place on the forearms. The three protruding pieces of the gauntlets are made from a soft black rubber. The entire gauntlet can be removed from each arm by first detaching Batman's hands and sliding the gauntley down off of the bodysuit.

DC Direct supplies this 13-inch Batman figure with a beige utility belt. Batman's belt contains nine molded pouches and a gold belt buckle.

Removable black faux leather boots are secured onto Batman with a miniature zipper on the back of each calf. The base of each shoe is made from a molded black plastic.

A thick black faux leather cape is permanently attached around the base of Batman's head. The cape is pleated with a scalloped effect and is stitched along the edges.

DC Direct 13-Inch Batman Body

This DC Direct sixth-scale Batman figure utilizes a fully articulated male body with 27-points of articulation (we were unable to figure out wihat the 28th point is). Points of articulation include neck, shoulders, biceps, elbows (allow for movement in two directions), wrists, torso, waist, groin, thighs, knees (allow for movement in two directions), calves, lower leg, and ankles.

DC Direct 13-Inch Batman Accessories

This sixth-scale Batman includes interchangeable hands, several articulated batarangs, and a black DC Direct adjustable doll stand with a bat-emblem subtly gloss-varnished onto the base.

Packaging of this DC Direct 13-Inch Batman Figure

The DC Direct 13-inch Batman figure comes in a glossy oversized box (approximately 10" wide x 15" high x 3.5" deep). DC Direct has utilized a velcro patch on the underside of the front panel of Batman's box which opens like a book. When you open the front panel of this 13-inch figure's box, it reveals the Batman figure through a clear plastic panel.

The entire Batman box is covered on all sides with full color artwork and DC Comics logos.
