Born of a human father and goddess mother, including the ability to transform herself into any animal of the arctic regions, such as the ferocious wolverine! Nowadays Snowbird allies herself with other super powered individuals – like the jovial, cart-wheeling Puck – on Canada's premier super hero team, Alpha Flight!
John Byrne has been thrilling comic book fans for years with his incredible work. He helped put the X-Men on the map as penciler and co-plotter and revitalized the Fantastic Four and Namor. Byrne has put his own unique spin on just about every major comic book character during his illustrious career. It was during his classic work on The Uncanny X-Men that Byrne created the first Canadian super team, Alpha Flight.
