From the long-running Super Friends animated series comes these eight-inch scale retro figures of the Super Friends and the Legion of Doom.
Modeled after the popular 8-inch Mego figures, these Justice League of America heroes and villains take their designs from the animated series characters.
Like the original Megos, this retro figures include fourteen points of articulation: neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, waist, groin, knees, and ankles.
Since these exact Super Friends figures were never actually produced by Mego in the 1970s or 1980s, Figures Toy Company has put some added quality into the styling of the uniforms instead of sticking to the more simplistic designs used by Mego.
These Mego style action figures of the Super Friends (a.k.a. The Justice League of America) were first released by Figures Toy Company in 2016.

Series One included all DC Comics Justice League Super Heroes. Two of the figures were mainstays on the animated series and the other two were secondary characters who were introduced later on to bring some ethnic diversity to the team: Super Friends animated 8-inch SUPERMAN figure, Super Friends animated 8-inch APACHE CHIEF figure, Super Friends animated 8-inch ROBIN figure, and a Super Friends animated 8-inch SAMURAI action figure.

Series Three of the Super Friends animated 8-inch figures includes a Super Friends animated 8-inch Batman action figure, a Super Friends animated 8-inch Flash action figure, a Legion of Doom animated 8-inch Riddler action figure, and a Legion of Doom animated 8-inch Captain Cold action figure.

Series Four of the Super Friends animated 8-inch figures includes a Super Friends animated series 8-Inch Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) action figure, a Legion of Doom animated 8-inch Bizarro action figure, a Legion of Doom animated 8-inch Toyman action figure, and a Legion of Doom animated eight-inch Cheetah action figure.
The Legion of Doom is growing its numbers! The popular line of action figures based on Hanna Barbera's team-up with DC Comics expands with even more evil foes! Three members of the diabolical Legion of Doom are included in the fourth wave of figures, and it includes characters that collectors have been clamoring for! The evil and eccentric Toyman along with Wonder Woman's feline foe Cheetah, and Superman's maniacal mirror image Bizarro will expand the ranks of the lethal Legion fo Doom. Representing the Super Friends in Series 4 is none other than Green Lantern (Hal Jordan), who receives an all new head sculpt from Danny "The Farrow" Anniello, and attire based on the animation design, making him different from previous 8-inch retro releases!
