The Mighty Thor Custom Sixth-Scale Action Figure

This custom THOR figure is nearly perfect except for one major problem – the body they used to build it has really bad proportions. From about the waistline up, everything is really good. But it looks as if part of his mid-section is missing and then the legs are too small for the upper body. Part of the problem as well is the scale of the head which is a little too big. The head then looks even bigger because of the thickness of the helmet. A thinner material for the helmet and a slightly smaller head would have made a big difference in giving this figure better proportions even with the really broad shoulders. However, I need to remember that this is a custom figure and not a mass produced one. Regardless, the detail on this figure is incredible. The helmet isn't removable, but clearly sculpted separately and then attached to the head over the rooted hair. Because everything else on this figure was done so well, I can't look at it and not wish the legs were a little longer to balance it out more.
