Back Story of the 9-Inch Scale Hasbro Exclusive Golden Age Batman and Robin Figures
The greatest heroes in the universe join forces to combat the world's most diabolical villains!
Bruce Wayne took in orphan Dick Grayson as his ward following the murder of Dick's parents. Not long after, Dick discovered Bruce Wayne's awesome secret – that Bruce was in fact Gotham City's Darknight Detective, Batman. Insisting on becoming partners, Dick underwent intensive mental and physical training until, at last, he was ready. Dick became Robin, the Boy Wonder, and the Dynamic Duo of Batman and Robin has been crime-fighting ever since.
Robin first appeared in Detective Comics issue #38 in April 1940. Since then, the Boy Wonder has joined the plight of the Caped Crusader to right the wrongs of society, and restore peace to Gotham City.
