Comic Book Champions Limited Edition Pewter Golden Age BATMAN Figure Series 2
This Golden Age Batman pewter figure was originally released in 1997 and is a limited edition. Each figure contains a numbered certificate of authenticity. Batman, Golden Age Edition. Batman is the only character in this series to receive two different pewter figures.
This Batman is one of the unique LIMITED EDITION Fine Pewter Comic Book Champions figures hand-crafted by Yarner Studios, that have been officially licensed by DC COMICS, the publisher of Batman comics.
This special edition Batman figure is part of the Comic Book Champions line Series 2 and will never be available again. The individual casting has been destroyed and pewter will not be cast for this specific character pose again.

BATMAN #16 – Publication Date: April/May, 1943. The Crime fighting team of Batman and Robin gained a new condifant in Alfred Pennyworth, butler extraordinaire, in this issue from 1943. Alfred is more than just a servant, he's played advisor, mother hen, adn -- occasionally -- amateur detective.
