The Famous Friends Barbie dressed as Batgirl is fully articulated with movement in her neck, shoulders, and groin. Batgirl also has click joints in her knees and bendable arms. Batgirl features long red rooted hair and a bright blue cape with yellow lining.

This Barbie Batgirl figure is a very basic figure and retailed for about $17. Although it represents a fun version of the popular Batman character, it's definitely more of a lower-end, play-with-it product.

Like many Mattel Barbie figures, Batgirl lacks decent articulation and the quality & look of the outfit is very crude. The plastic face section of the cowl looks pretty good and yet the floppy bat-ears give her a very childish look -- almost like a sad puppy. The better alternative from this line is the other release of the same Batgirl figure which also includes her very cool (and rarely seen as a toy) Batcycle.
