The first story features the dynamic duo trying to capture a masked fugitive who has become a stowaway on a ship about to leave Gotham. The second story features Batman and Robin battling and trying to save the Mark Desmond. Mark takes his strength pills and becomes the powerful Blockbuster -- a Hulk-sort of character who goes on wild rampages.
