This promotion coincides with the popularity of the CBS television series starring Bill Bixby and Lou Ferrigno, The Incredible Hulk.
The front of card number nine is printed in full color and features the artwork from the cover of The Incredible Hulk number 189 with the title "Vs. The Mole Man" Cover art is framed by a white border. At the lower left is printed "©1978 MARVEL COMICS GROUP".
